An intense and unforgettable day in the romantic Verona, where you will learn about the history and culture of this fervent town, and in one of the most renowned wine producing areas in the world: the Valpolicella where you will visit a winery and taste the wines produced locally, including the famous Amarone.

Verona is the city of Juliet and Romeo, the city of lovers. Romantic and unique, it offers routes from the Roman era to the present day. Verona is the city of opera, thanks to the Festival that takes place every year inside the Arena. Since 2000 Verona has entered, with all its beauties, to be part of the UNESCO World Heritage. It is a beautiful city, full of wonders and possibilities, and offers so much for groups of all ages. Every corner of the city opens up with churches, monuments and buildings that you will want to discover. • Piazza Brà, with the Arena, the Liston, Palazzo Barbieri and the Gran Guardia • Castelvecchio, home of the Corso Cavour Civic Museum, with the Gavi Arch and the wonderful neoclassical buildings • Porta Borsari • Piazza delle Erbe, hectic and colorful, surrounded by precious palaces and monuments • Piazza dei Signori, the heart of the Scaligeri power • The Palazzo della Ragione and the soaring Torre dei Lamberti • The Scaliger Tombs, a unicum of their kind, in Italy • Juliet’s Balcony and its statue, destination inevitable of lovers • Porta Leoni with Roman remains • The church of San Fermo, lower and upper, with wonderful frescoes • The Duomo, Sant’Anastasia, and the smaller churches, rich in works of art • Ponte Pietra and the hill beyond the river Adige, with Castel San Pietro and its romantic panorama • the Basilica of San Zeno with the Trittico del Mantegna. In the afternoon you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine and visit a winery in one of the most renowned wine regions in the world: Valpolicella. Here grapes are produced for the classic Recioto, Amarone and Valpolicella wines. It is also in this area that the precious pink marble of Verona is extracted, one of the most important economic items in the province.

The price includes: private guide for the whole day. The price is intended for groups up to 30 people.
