Where is my order?
As soon as our merchandise leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the CONFIDENTIAL SHIPPING where you can find the traceability link that can be used to check the status of your order online. Remember that you will be able to track your shipment right away
How to Make a Return
LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Click on PERSONAL AREA in the top right of the home page on www.emmavillasplus.com and enter your personal information. In the box on the left click on Make a reset then proceed to Returns. Select the order for which you want to make the item, the items in it, and the reason why you are returning them.
If you have paid for the delivery you will be able to specify how to receive the refund (PayPal or Accredited on your bank account).
Choose how you want to make the product: through a UPS / Mail Boxes Etc. collection point or by scheduling a convenient retirement at your home.
PREPARE THE PACK AND PICK THE ARTICLES
Pull out the return label you will find inside the parcel.
Paste the label on the outside of the parcel, covering the previous label.
Insert the packaged product, close the package and make sure that it is properly sealed.
DELIVERY OF RESO
If you have chosen to deliver the return to a UPS / Mail Boxes Etc. collection point, go to your nearest convenience store. Remember that online affiliate choice is not binding.
If you have selected a home withdrawal, UPS will withdraw your return for free at the address and on the date you specify in the online reset procedure.
DISCLAIM THE REFUND
After receiving and verifying your refund, we will refund the returned items. For more information, visit the “Refund and Timeline” section in the Help section.
HAVE YOU LISTED THE LABEL OR WHEN RECEIVED IN THE PACK IS DAMAGED?
At the end of the online reselling process, you may be prompted for a new label instead of the one received within the package.
HAVE YOU NEED TO DO A RESOLUTION FOR THE SAME ORDER?
Access the area renders a rendering within your account, choose the order, select the additional items to make, and create a further reset label at the end of the procedure.
In case you need to reprint the label, remember to insert the RETURN MODULE (1) and the product packaged in a box, possibly the original one.

Payment by Credit Card
You can pay comfortably and safely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, American Express and all major credit and debit cards in circulation. At the time of payment you may be directed to your bank’s payment page.
For Customers already certified to Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:
On your bank’s web page you will be welcomed with the title you choose and you will be asked to confirm the amount with a personal pin.
After the bank has verified the PIN you entered, you will receive the payment confirmation of the order made on EMMA VILLAS PLUS.
For customers not yet enabled by Verfied by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:
In this case, you will need a single registration with the bank that issued your card for all future purchases.
On your bank’s web pages you will be asked to identify with the security questions you have previously set.
Finally, you will be asked to set up a new pin and a welcome message for future use.
The next step is the same way as already-enabled customers.
Your credit card details will be safely transferred through the SSL protocol.
Amount will only be charged when your package is actually shipped. If you return the goods, the amount will be credited to your card. EMMAVILLASPLUS.COM is safe!
Payment with Paypal
You can choose to pay with this mode by selecting the PayPal option; Once you have reached the third stage of the purchase process (“Confirm”) click on “Confirm and continue with PayPal” to complete your order.
If you already have a PayPal account, identified with your email and password and confirm payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create a new one by using your credit / debit card in this case just select the type of paper, fill in the required data and confirm the payment.

Creating your account
The order is processed as soon as payment is credited to us. If you return the goods, the amount of your order will be refunded to your PayPal account (or your credit card if you are a non-registered PayPal user)
